Hello, The Roses is a gallery founded in 2024.
The gallery is dedicated to representing and supporting jewellery as an art form in its own right,
celebrating its ability to blend aesthetics with identity, culture, and personal narrative.
Through presentations by both Danish and international artists, the gallery seeks to foster a dynamic conversation between material and form.
The gallery takes its name from Hello, The Roses, a collection of poems by the American poet Mei-mei Berssenbrugge.
In the titular poem, Berssenbrugge writes: “The rose communicates instantly with the woman by sight, collapsing its boundaries, and the woman widens her boundaries.”
This sentiment reflects our understanding of jewellery. From concept to process to the moment of encounter, it opens a dialogue that communicates beyond words.
